Exceptional Restaurant Tangerine is one of the top restaurants I have been to worldwide. The food is exceptional. The Wet Bar is also a great place to relax after a day at the beach. The staff is always incredibly friendly and this is the main reason I have been a repeat guest. Brett N, May 2008 |

Heavenly stay To all of the staff at the Water Club, thank you for a wonderful relaxing time in early April. My husband and I were visiting Puerto Rico on business and took a couple of days to relax at your wonderful place. The staff was amazing and I still have a special place for the three smiling faces that greeted us every time we passed through the doors: Kevin, Eddie and William (the sun dancer). Loved It! My boyfriend Rolando and I stayed at the hotel for two nights and we highly recommend the hotel, the rooms and the staff for a couple, family or even single's vacation experience. We were delighted by the hotel's attention to detail--from the spa essentials inside our bathroom, to the romance package particulars and even the waterfall backsplash inside the elevator--and friendly staff. Desires Club manager Verna Concepcion was particularly helpful by suggesting local restaurants for our picky palates and she showed interest in our level of comfort throughout our stay. Our experience was nothing short of personalized from check in to check out as Concepcion welcomed us poolside (on that note, you won't want to miss the stunning oceanfront view or the opportunity to people watch and sip on tasty coctails from the Wet Bar on Water's Rooftop) and wished us farewell as we left for our next destination. Heaven A family! From the day we arrived to the day we left, you made us feel like we were part of one big family. 4 PERFECT DAYS hey guys just wanted to write to say thank you for 4 perfect days at the water club. our room was beautiful, the weather couldn't have been any better! on wed the day before we arrived i checked the san juan weather over the internet and it had cloudy and thunderstorms from thurs thru Monday. they couldn't have been any more wrong!!!! william and eddie at the front door and kevin on the beach went out of their way to insure a great stay. we will be back many more times and we'll always stay at our favorite hotel in san juan, the water club!!!!! thanks again.....jim and eddi maxwell ps virna hope you enjoyed your godiva chocolates !!!! : ) JIM M, April 2008 |
